Eligible for Return

How to Initiate a Return

  3. Await Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with further instructions and will provide a pre-addressed return shipping label. Please do not send back any items without our prior confirmation.

Return Method

  • Returns are by mail only.
  • pre-addressed return label is provided (download & print, free). Please attach this label and drop the parcel with the specified carrier.

Please Note

  1. Do not return items without prior arrangement.
    Returning items without contacting us first may result in damage or loss during transit.
  2. Items must be properly packaged.
    Proper packaging includes using padded envelopes or boxes, or any method that ensures the package will not be lost or damaged during shipping. Returns may be denied if items are damaged or lost due to improper packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

For Defective or Incorrect Items: If you are returning an item because it was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the full cost of return shipping. A free, pre-paid return label will be provided.

For Customer Remorse: If you are returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., you purchased the wrong size, no longer need it), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for any returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
