Order Confirmation

We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of purchase.
Once your order is placed, it will be confirmed by our team within 12 hours. After confirmation, you will receive an email notification, and your order will be sent to processing.

Please Note:
- Business days are Monday through Friday. We do not ship or process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Shipping Methods & Location
We ship to addresses within the United States using standard shipping services such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Unsupported Shipping Addresses
Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. All orders require a valid physical street address.
Shipping Fee
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders to any destination within the United States.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our website’s Order Tracking page. Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after the carrier scans the package. Change of Address
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at [email protected] within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Please be aware that while the original shipping for your order is free, you will be responsible for the costs associated with reshipping the package.
How to Cancel or Modify Your Order
You may request to cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of purchase by contacting us at [email protected]. After this window, the order may already be processed for shipment, and we will be unable to make changes. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you notice your parcel is damaged upon arrival, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If the package was delivered in your absence, please contact customer service at [email protected] for further instructions.
